The order cut-off time is 1:30 AM. Delivery is on a best-effort basis, with an average delivery time of around 10 minutes, depending on volume and distance.

Yes. Steaming is included by default. Frying can be done if required, subject to power availability at the venue.

The customer is required to provide: • 16A electrical power supply (mandatory if frying is required) • Minimum 6 ft × 6 ft space for setup • One table for equipment & service • Basic lighting and ventilation • Access to the venue 45–60 minutes before service

No. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
